ch555 Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between ch555 ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "player"). By registering on ch555 or using any of its services, you are giving your full consent to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

ch555 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will give advance notice of significant changes wherever possible. Continued use of the platform after any changes means you have accepted the updated Terms.

1Definitions & Applicability

The key terms used in these Terms are defined below:

• "Platform" — ch555's website, mobile version, and all associated services.
• "Account" — a player's personal profile created through registration.
• "Wallet" — the internal balance within an account, which holds deposited funds and bonus money.
• "Bonus" — promotional credits granted by ch555, subject to specific conditions.
• "Wagering" — the total amount that must be bet before a bonus can be withdrawn.

These Terms apply to all persons residing in Bangladesh and using the service.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to open an account on ch555:

• The applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
• Each person may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being suspended.
• Accurate and complete information must be provided at the time of registration — providing false information will result in the permanent closure of the account.
• The user is solely responsible for the security of their account. Passwords should not be shared with anyone.
• Accounts may not be operated on behalf of another person or a third party.

ch555 may request account verification at any time. A national identity card or relevant documents may be required for verification.

3Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ch555 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (for each method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawal timeframe: generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawal requests may only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
• The required wagering conditions must be met before withdrawing from a bonus balance.

ch555 reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal if there is suspicion of fraudulent transactions or money laundering. Additional documents may be requested in such cases.

4Bonuses & Promotional Offers

New players on ch555 will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.

• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 in bonus — total balance ৳2,000.
• Example: deposit ৳42,000 and receive the maximum bonus of ৳20,000 — total balance ৳62,000.
• Wagering requirement: 15 times the bonus amount must be wagered. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 total must be wagered before withdrawal.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposited funds.
• If the conditions are not met within the specified time after accepting a bonus, the bonus may be cancelled.
• Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times from the same person, device, or IP address will be considered fraudulent.
• Promotional offers may have their own specific terms, which will be communicated at the time the offer is announced.

ch555 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

ch555 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using any form of cheating, hacking, or software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses (bonus abuse).
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes.
• Using automated bots or scripts to place bets.
• Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems or security.

If any of the above violations are proven, the account will be immediately closed and the balance may be forfeited. Relevant authorities will be notified if necessary.

6Game & Betting Rules

Each game and betting market available on ch555 has its own rules. The general rules are:

• If a game or bet is cancelled due to a technical issue, the staked amount will be refunded.
• A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Sports betting will be settled based on the official result.
• In the event of any dispute, ch555's decision will be considered final.
• If there is a technical error in a game result, ch555 reserves the right to void that round.

These general rules apply to all categories including slots, live casino, fishing games, and sports betting.

7VIP Program

ch555's VIP program has five tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Players can advance to higher tiers through regular gaming activity. VIP benefits are subject to change and applicable terms. ch555 reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms at any time.

8Responsible Gaming

• Account compromise resulting from the user's own negligence or lack of security.
• Service outages due to unavoidable circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters or government-imposed restrictions.

13Intellectual Property

All content on the ch555 platform — logos, graphics, text, software, and other elements — is the intellectual property of ch555. Reuse, modification, or distribution of these without permission is prohibited.

Third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, etc.) are the owners of their own respective intellectual property.

14Amendments & Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect. These Terms are written in Bengali and will be interpreted in accordance with applicable laws of Bangladesh.
